Frequently Asked Questions

    • Yes, all travel within Nashville is complimentary for your Wedding Day. A travel fee will apply for Weddings requiring more than 1 hour of driving each way.

    • All on site valet or parking fees must be covered by the Bride/client.

    • Based on the details of your Wedding Day, additional travel, airfare, meal coverage & accommodation fees will be applied. Inquire with specific details about your Wedding Day.

    • Touch-up Service for $250/hr may be available if you would like for me to stay thru the ceremony and/or reception. Based upon my availability. Otherwise I depart after all services are complete and everyone is happy and taken care of.

    • I require a contract & a non-refundable deposit of 50% of all services to reserve your Wedding Day. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding. After the contract is signed and I receive your deposit, the day is reserved for you.

    • If Bridal Party members are paying for their own Hair and Makeup, I request that the Bride collects all payments and submits one single payment directly to me.

    • Services may not be subtracted once the contract is signed but additional services can be added if time allows. So please err on the conservative side when making your initial commitment.

    • Cash, Check & Venmo. I will accept Credit Card payments, but will add 3% for the fee.

    • A Bridal Preview is the perfect time for us to meet and to try out some hair and makeup styles you have in mind for your special day. Please put together some photos and inspiration boards to show me so I can have a visual of what you are wanting for your Wedding Day. Please plan on this taking 2-3 hours. My goal is to create the perfect look that you have envisioned for your Wedding Day and the Bridal Preview is not done until we have done so. It is not required, but highly recommended.

    • I would recommend scheduling the Bridal Preview 8-12 weeks before your Wedding Day as details about your Wedding become more solidified - although you are more than welcome to schedule this however far in advance as you would like. If you are out of town, doing a Bridal Preview the week of your Wedding is an option as well.

    • I offer a more personal approach to weddings providing services for the Bride and up to 6 other services. This allows me to give an unhurried experience with thoughtful attention to each detail.

    • I schedule 30 minutes per service with an additional 30 minutes of buffer time added at the end of the Wedding Day schedule.
